Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel your order, please email us at info@ferixo.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only for:

  • Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame.

  • Products returned in unused condition, with original packaging intact, within the return window.

• Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Returns & Replacement

• Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective / not functioning as described

  • Wrong item delivered

• Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or altered products.

• Items without original packaging.

• Products bought during clearance or special sale (unless defective).
